3) As soon as you have made this provisional reservation complete the booking form, print it out and send it with appropriate initial payment to:-

France.		 We will hold the cottage 7 days after your telephone reservation. When we have received your Booking Form and Initial Payment we will send you your Booking Confirmation. Please allow 14 days for this. Instructions for payment of the balance will be included. On receipt of your balance we will send you appropriate Travel Details.

Heating will be charged separately in Winter months.
Properties will be found clean on arrival and should be left the same. If you are unable to clean before departure this can be arranged for you at a charge of €15 per hour. Please call Marion by mid week to arrange this. A charge will be deducted from the security deposit if properties are not left clean
