All rents are inclusive of Gas, Water and Electricity charges unless stated otherwise in details.
Heating will be charged separately in Winter months.
Properties have been prepared for your arrival and guests are required to properly clean before they depart. If you are unable to we can be arrange it for you at a charge of €15 per hour. Please tell Marion by mid week to arrange this. A charge will be deducted from the security deposit if properties are not left clean.
